A.1. It's depands on your selected model. and thickness of Dhokla but dokla maker's tray size is ____
Q.2 Can it also cook "idli, Momos, and other food"?
A.2 Yes You can cook all steam products but for that you have to purchase aditionaly different moulds, becuse for dhoklas mould will be flat and idli needs embosed both are different.
Q.3 what is the difference between economic and super model?
A.3 Grade of stainless steel, in super model we use stainless steel 304 and in economic model we are use economic stainless stel like 202 etc..
Q.4 Which kind of gas is support to this Dokla Maker?
A.4 Normaly Jas enterprise supply LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) burner,but it can be modified for PNG (Piped Natural Gas). You are requested to please spacify your spacific requirments for same at the time of Enquiry and placing order to Jas.
Q.5 How many whistles to know whether dhokla is cooked?
A.5 No need to concentrate on whistles, add suggested amount of water at the bottom of the idly maker and add idly dough to the plates and close the door of idly maker tightly and allow it to cook at low flame for 15 to 20 minutes, latter you can check any one of the idly present on the top of the stand by pressing with a spoon, will be able to identify the texture of idly when it is done.
